Lily (age 2.5, while punching the air with each fist) : Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!

(I have no idea where she learned that.)

I want to hold it

Lily sees her sister's chocolate egg on the table, just out of her reach.

Lily: I want to hold Amy's egg, Mama.

Jessica: Why do you want to do that?

Lily: Because I'm very good at it.
